Materials used: Universal Canvas, Acrylic Paint, Spray Paint, Fire, Water, Molding Paste.

 

This piece was my first attempt at incorporating aluminum in a painting. I wanted to have a reflective surface that shimmered as the viewer examined the piece. I love how this painting has movement in it even though it is standing still. Once the blacklight hits this painting it takes on a whole other element of splendor.

 

Format: horizontal

 

Finish: two layers of acrylic varnish to protect and ensure the longevity of the piece
